Pickleball Mixed Doubles Tournament
Registration is now OPEN for the upcoming Tyneside Pickleball Club Social Doubles Tournament, with players from across the North East and beyond invited to enjoy a day of fun, friendly competition and community spirit.
The tournament will take place on Sunday 7 June at Tyneside Badminton Centre, bringing together pickleball players of all levels for a relaxed and enjoyable day on court.
Organised by Tyneside Pickleball Club, the tournament will feature two grades, 3.4 and under and 3.5 and above, ensuring enjoyable and competitive matches for players across different ability levels.
The tournament will feature organised doubles play, scheduled matches and rally scoring to 21, creating plenty of opportunities for competitive and social games throughout the day.
The tournament schedule is as follows:
- Warm up: 9.30–9.50AM
- Team briefing: 9.50AM
- Games begin: 10.00AM
Entry costs just £10 for members of the centre, of £12 for non-members, and entry will close on Wednesday 3 June.
Players must enter with a pre-arranged partner and can register by filling out the short online form by clicking here, then head to the Tyneside Badminton Centre online booking system – MyCourts, to make payment for your entry.
This social tournament is an excellent opportunity for players to enjoy the sport in a relaxed setting.
