Just over a week ago, our very own Daniel Tinnion headed to the Riverside Leisure Centre for the 24-hour Badminton-a-thon.
Players took part in the event aiming to keep the shuttle active for 24 hrs. Every penny raised was donated to the Dragonfly Cancer Trust.
Daniel played the full 24 hours in the event and had a plethora of outfits changes to choose from throughout the day, and should we say night, which I’m sure cheered everyone up every now and again.
His fundraising efforts saw him raise over £500 for the Dragonfly Cancer Trust.
Well done to Daniel and all that were involved.
