Individual Coaching

If you are interested in a one-to-one coaching session, our Level 2 qualified coaches are always one hand at a time that suits you.

Contact us to express your interest in a specific topic you wish to work on, or they can work with you to identify the best route for you.

Coaching sessions cost £30 per hour (all equipment included).

The foundation coaching course runs 7-8pm on a Thursday evening.

This session is perfect for those looking to get into badminton for the first time, or if you need to improve on the basics of the game.

Over the six weeks you will cover a variety of content including basic skills, scoring and movement.

The improvers coaching course runs 8-9pm on a Thursday evening.

This session is perfect if you want to improve your game by learning new tactics and skills.

With the help of our coaches you will cover tactics and movement as well as a range of shots.
