FOUNDATION COURSE
The foundation coaching course runs from 7-8PM on a Thursday evening.
This session is perfect for those looking to get into badminton for
the first time, or if you need to improve on the basics of the game.
Over the six weeks you will cover a variety of content including basic skills, scoring and movement.

The improvers coaching course runs from 8-9 on a Thursday evening.
This session is perfect if you want to improve your game by learning new tactics and skills.
With the help of our coaches, you will cover tactics and movement as well as a range of shots.
